Molloy still had a chance to win it, calling a timeout after a steal by Isaiah Grant with 14.7 ticks left. Christ the King defended the possession, cutting off a drive by Bliss into the lane and forcing a kickout to Carcamo, who missed a 3-pointer with time winding down. Lovell Smith missed the front end of a one-and-one after securing the rebound and being fouled with 0.9 seconds left, but a long heave by Bliss at the buzzer was off the mark.
